1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using any part of the bat88 platform — including the website at bat88.im, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games, sports betting markets, and financial services offered therein — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bat88 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the bat88 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

bat88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat88 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the bat88 platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the bat88 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria. You warrant and represent that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the platform:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. bat88 is strictly a platform for adults. 18+
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your country or territory of residence.
• Personal use: You are opening and using an account solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• Voluntary participation: You are participating in the games and betting markets offered on bat88 voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that would prohibit participation in online gambling.
• Single account: You do not currently hold any other active or suspended bat88 account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and during any subsequent verification process is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Source of funds: The funds you deposit on the bat88 platform are your own legitimate funds and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

bat88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above conditions at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bat88 services — including sports betting, live casino, and slot games — you must register a bat88 account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a strong password, and accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information.

Account security is your responsibility. You must take all reasonable steps to keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person. bat88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from bat88 that requests your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

• Liability: bat88 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred because you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Account verification (KYC): bat88 may request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — at registration or at any later point, including prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

bat88 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend an existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the registration information provided is false, incomplete, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bat88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bat88 supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh to ensure fast and convenient access for players throughout Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and beyond.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. bat88 may add or remove supported payment methods at any time. Changes to the available payment methods will be reflected on the bat88 platform and users will be notified where those changes materially affect their ability to transact.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your bat88 balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to identity verification status and any ongoing promotional wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bat88 reserves the right to require this for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
• Platform fees: bat88 charges no platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any transaction fees charged by your mobile wallet or card provider are outside bat88's control and are the responsibility of the player.
• Pending bonuses: Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where an active bonus is attached to your account and the associated wagering requirement has not yet been fulfilled. In such cases, you may choose to forfeit the bonus in order to proceed with the withdrawal.
• Verification holds: bat88 may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request pending identity verification. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply suspicion of wrongdoing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bat88 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible registered players. All promotional offers are governed by the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion at the time it is offered.

• Welcome bonus: New players may be eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. This offer is available to first-time depositing accounts only. One welcome bonus per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms at the time the offer is displayed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

bat88 offers sports betting, live in-play betting, live casino games, slot titles, and crash games. Each product category is subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as product-specific rules available within the relevant section of the bat88 platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bat88. bat88 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where bat88 suspects match manipulation, data error, or system fault.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and vary by market, event, and account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void where the event on which it was placed is cancelled, abandoned, or materially altered before settlement. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your bat88 wallet balance.
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted on a best-efforts basis. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bat88 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the bat88 platform while under the age of 18.
• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one bat88 account, whether under your own identity or under a false or borrowed identity.
• Fraudulent deposits: Depositing funds using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage, or any other method designed to extract value from bat88's promotional system without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Coordinating with one or more other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Cheating software: Using automated bots, scripts, software exploits, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Match fixing: Placing bets based on insider knowledge of fixed or manipulated match outcomes, or facilitating, participating in, or failing to report match-fixing activity.
• Money laundering: Using the bat88 platform as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from criminal activity. bat88 applies AML monitoring to all accounts and cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Abusive conduct: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward bat88 support staff or other users via any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bat88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it determines that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected. bat88 also reserves the right to close accounts where continued operation would create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for the platform.

• Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your bat88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players requesting self-exclusion may do so for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, bat88 will also suppress all marketing communications to the affected account.
• Involuntary suspension: Where bat88 suspends an account pending investigation, the affected player will be notified by email. Suspended accounts retain their balance but cannot deposit, withdraw, or place bets until the investigation is resolved.
• Permanent closure for breach: Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these Terms & Conditions — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or underage gambling — bat88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account at the time of closure.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. bat88 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts or close them after providing advance notice to the registered email address. Remaining balances in genuinely dormant accounts will be held for a minimum of 3 years and are claimable upon satisfactory identity verification.
